It's hard to put down in words how much we all miss Sgt. Fitzgerald, who was killed in the line of duty last year. Today would have been his 32nd birthday. He served our department and community proudly, and we know that he is looking down on us.
Temple Police Sgt. Christopher Fitzgerald was killed in the line of duty one year ago, on Feb. 18, 2023. As we continue to mourn our fallen hero, we also remember the legacy he left behind and his commitment to keep the Temple University community safer. (1/2)

Shout out to @TUMBBHoops for recognizing the sacrifice of Sergeant Fitzgerald last night at their game against UCF. We know his spirit on the bench helped the team pull through with a win.
