- The @Phillies honored murdered @TempleUniv Police Sgt. Chris Fitzgerald with a special tribute & thank you to his family,giving them all Phillies jerseys with Chris’s badge number 2362 on the back. Terrific gesture from the home team & standing ovation from crowd.

- It's hard to put down in words how much we all miss Sgt. Fitzgerald, who was killed in the line of duty last year. Today would have been his 32nd birthday. He served our department and community proudly, and we know that he is looking down on us.
