    Villanova’s ability to play off of 2 feet and utilize pivots & shot fakes is among the best each year. It’s easy to see why after watching their practice today. Everything they do is so intentional & under control. Players at all levels could learn from this aspect of their team.

    Every high school player should take note of how Kawhi carries himself. Doesn’t celebrate or showboat at all, doesn’t whine or complain, just goes about his business and gets the job done.

    Andrew Carr led his team with 19 points in Friday’s final PIT game. Knocked down 3 of his 6 3-point attempts and made things easy on himself by making good decisions on when to roll or pop out of ball-screens. @apc_andrew

    2023 prospects, don’t get discouraged if you are not getting contacted today or the rest of this week. I’ve seen a lot of guys in 2022 who weren’t contacted this time last year but are now more heavily recruited than those who were. Run your own race and continue to improve.

    Here are some general thoughts & tips as we approach the July Live Periods and guys either get ready to try to earn offers or get closer to narrowing things down & choosing a school. Many more things to emphasize also but these are some that I feel are important to keep in mind.

    A college coach asked me to send him some names to watch this weekend, I asked if he was looking for anything in particular. His response: “Grit & leadership.” Didn’t say shooting, athleticism, etc., just two intangibles. Don’t think that scoring alone will get you recruited.
