    On Friday night (9/27), after the initial flood incident, Trooper C. Vaughan fed approximately 50 stranded motorists and 3 employees at I-26 Welcome Center in Unicoi County. He also brought diapers, formula, and arranged communications for a few motorists without cell service. 👏

    Sometimes this is the way we feel at the end of a shift. Good or bad. State Troopers are all Human. Some feel this way after teaching all day; some feel this way after making death notifications. No matter the shift; they get up day after day and do it all over again! 🙏👮‍♂️👍

    This evening @ 6:10 PM our Troopers clocked this individual traveling @ 124 Mph in a 70 Mph Zone, on I-81 North, Mile Marker 50, in Washington County, TN. The driver was arrested & charged with DUI, Reckless Driving, Speeding, Open Container, and No DL. #KeepingUSafe

    Now this is the third driver this morning in the 90’s😳 We understand you may be running late to take your son to his football game💁‍♂️ We love kids, We love football; however we don’t love Saturday morning triple fatal crashes🙅‍♂️ Crashing with 2 kids in your car at 90, could be.

    Lieutenant Garrison was one of the most knowledgeable Troopers in the commercial vehicle enforcement field that we’ve ever had!! He was also one of the hardest working supervisors, right up until his retirement!! We will miss you Ricky! 👍👮‍♂️👏 Thank you for setting the example!
