    I wish schools would teach us the essentials to life. Budgeting, how to file taxes, process of buying homes, cooking, life decisions, investing, generational wealth, single to married, soon to be mom or dad, and credit. These should be basic requirements before choosing a major

    2 years out of my 7 years in the NFL thus far I played through depression and anxiety and almost quit and had my best year. I played through trauma another year and had my best year. Moral of the story : Just keep going. You never know what’s waiting on the other side!

    I really enjoyed being in Seattle! I met so many great people and captured so many great memories! The 12’s really make this place meaningful! Although, my time on the Seahawks may have run its course I’m thankful for everything!!God gets all the glory forever!!!!
