- some things are worth bragging about, and today I have one of those things. Today marks 10 YEARS sober for my pops @RickyCSimmons! I would say its unbelievable but seeing the dedication/commitment demonstrated every single day it really comes as no surprise at all! Congrats pops!

- Dear Recruits, The music selection for your highlight tapes is not as important as you think it is. I can't speak for other coaches, but more times than not I watch on mute. (Pro Tip: instrumentals are usually a safe bet) 😃

- Unpopular opinion: (and I can't speak for other coaches) I play favorites. My favorites.. - are on time for practices/film/meetings/bus etc - energy/effort is non-negotiable (COMPETE!) - are in the gym outside of practice - have WE > ME mindset - are coachable
