    With great sadness, we share the passing of Bill Smith due to complications from Covid. Bill was a source of strength to all and tenaciously fought for the last month.  On behalf of the T1EHL, our prayers go to his wife, Cheryl, his family and friends, and the Victory Honda Org.

    Today is a sad day for the T1EHL and its extended family, as we have just learned of the recent passing of Chicago Fury player Gabriel Remy. We extend our deepest condolences to the Remy’s and, pray for strength during this difficult time. We ask you please respect their privacy.

    The @T1EHL is devastated to announce the passing of Jack Bowkus, long-time coach of the @JrKingsHockey program. He was instrumental in the development of the league and will be missed by all that knew him. Our hearts go out to his family and friends. bit.ly/3dF3q6s

    Last week, Gov. Whitmer gave gyms and organized sports the go to resume today. We're so excited for our Michigan teams who have been patiently waiting to get back on the ice. Let's get ready for a full-season!

    On Sunday, @SanJoseJrSharks 15 AAA team had a game against the Colorado Thunderbirds when the Sharks bus broke down 3 miles before the rink. Fortunately, the TBirds bus pulled up right behind theirs and offered to take the players to the rink. What a display of kindness!

    It is with a heavy heart that the @T1EHL announces the passing of one of its' leaders and friends, John Kay. John has led the Belle Tire organization for nearly 20 years and has been an instrumental part of the of Michigan Hockey and the #T1EHL bit.ly/2A7jLAp
