- Strength & Conditioning: essential Athleticism: paramount It's great if you can squat a house (safely), but can you balance on one leg and leap to the other with accuracy and stability? Plyometrics transfer to the field more so than your squat max (IMO).

ROCKAR STOCKAR 🇸🇪Earlier this week, I had the opportunity to Head Coach & call the Offense for our JV Team against Sterling College. The Swedes put on a show, winning 33-7! Super proud of all our players & thankful for the people around me 🇸🇪
