- All WPS schools and offices will be closed tomorrow, Monday, December 2. Stay safe and warm!
- While WPS schools might be closed there is still lots going on behind the scenes. Many thanks to our wonderful Tech. Dept. crew who cleaned, prepared & distributed almost 150 Chromebooks to some of our families to help them participate in remote learning.

- After 48 years of service to WPS we say goodbye today to our high school principal Ms. Linda Peters. Thank you Ms. Peters for the love, care and compassion you have shown the 1000’s of students whose lives you have made a difference in. #Workhardbekind!

- With the timing of the storm scheduled to end tomorrow mid-morning and scheduled to bring up to 8 additional inches, all WPS schools and offices will be closed again tomorrow - Tuesday, December 3.
- Thank you WPS Food Services & our volunteers for all you continue to do for our community.
- Thanks to our amazing WPS administrators who gave of their time on this Sunday morning helping distribute COVID test kits for our staff in advance of school opening.
- Some might have the 'luck' of the Irish but WPS is LUCKY to have an amazing Food Services staff who have now helped prepare & distribute 500,000 meals for our students & their families when remote.
- During this time of COVID-10 WPS remains committed to assisting families & students in many ways. A HUGE thanks to our food services staff for preparing & distributing meals during this time.
