    Circumferential esophageal ESD, step by step in 2 minutes! Lots of different strategies but here we used: ✅ Two tunnels, 1/3 circumference each ✅ External clip-line traction to septae between the tunnels Regardless of approach, need to have a plan for inevitable stricture‼️

    We tested all 396 patients prior to endoscopy for #COVID19 from 4/13-5/15 @UMiamiHealth. We only had ONE positive test (0.25%, CI 0.01-1.4) despite concerns about asymptomatic carriers. Good screening questions + the right geography = 🟢 for endo @AGA_Gastro

    EUS-GJ for afferent limb syndrome may just be my favorite #InterventionalEUS procedure yet. ✅ The bile trapped in the markedly dilated and obstructed afferent limb makes for a much easier jejunal target than that found with traditional EUS-GE‼️
