We have same upsetting news. Our wonderful vet Mu’ath Abj Rakba tried to go back to his house in Jabalia on Friday and nobody has heard from him since. We are in touch with his wife and parents and siblings. His brother tried to go there, but unfortunately everybody who reaches

We received this lovely message a week ago: “Hello, this is our cat Mishmesh. He fell from the third floor before the war in Gaza. His father called you and you came to pick him up, treated him, and brought him back to us. May God bless you. 1/

Do you guys remember this cat? She was wandering around the destroyed streets in the north during the ceasefire in February, missing her hind legs. We had a volunteer in the north pick her up and get her first treatment, before we brought her to us⬇️

When I say Saeed will find a solution and not leave any animal behind - this is what I mean. In the early morning I received these videos of the temporary cat shelter they made. It’s the same location as the dog shelter, so the cats and dogs sharing the area now.

This monkey was found by a family in the north of Gaza, Al Nafaq area. He probably escaped from the zoo. He is now living with the family in their house. This video was sent to us by a friend. 🐒

No food for animals has entered the Gaza Strip since the 9th of October 2023. Hundreds of animals have already starved to death. Sulala has only two bags of food left for the 120 cats and 30 dogs under their care.
