I need to know who is running around Philadelphia and writing this on walls - I really don’t think The City is prepared for how much people rely on that Barnes & Noble Rittenhouse Square public restroom. Is there any plan, or are people just gonna have to rely on the generosity of all the restaurants in Rittenhouse?
