- Any time Mitch McConnell—no longer Senate majority leader—asserts how the Democrats should follow the rules and do what’s right, Democrats should visualize his refusal to hold hearings for Merrick Garland and his ramrodding through Amy Coney Barrett in 8 days.
- I still want to know who Trump owes $421 million.
- Yes, Sen. Collins, Trump learned his lesson. He learned that Senators like you would let him get away with anything.
- If Trump drives Dr. Fauci out, Dr. Fauci should be doing televised briefings every day describing exactly what is going on. He owes nothing to Trump. He has a duty to America
- No, Ivanka, people don’t attack Daddy because he’s as you say “unconventional.” We attack your daddy because he’s a sociopathic authoritarian trying his hardest to destroy our democracy.
- When this is over, when we’ve finally gotten this sociopath out of our White House, can we please take a hard look at the 25th amendment, the electoral college, and a system that doesn’t require presidential nominees for a major political party to release their tax returns?
- In a sane world, when an occupant of the White House is talking about a military coup to stay in power, claiming he won an election by “a lot” when he lost by over 7M votes & ignoring a raging pandemic, there’d be a real conversation about the use of the 25th amendment.
- The idea that Trump is able to hold a rally is such a nasty slap in the face to anyone who believes in the rule of law.
- Media friends: If you watched Trump’s hospital video and imagine he has been humbled by this experience and will be a changed man, you have not been paying attention to the truth of his sociopathy.

- For the record, @staceyabrams ? She could have responded to her loss as Governor and turn away in frustration. Instead, she doubled down to confront voter suppression and drive voter registration and turnout. We all owe her a big debt of gratitude.
