Blackman also set up a 501c corp this past June called Arizona Rural Schools Association Corporation Entity 23696255. Now he's on the Appropriations committee to funnel taxpayers' money through it to line his pockets.

BREAKING: Walt Blackman attempted to appeal a case against me he had already lost in the same appeals court. The Judge rejected his motion for another appeal. Walt Blackman runs his legal cases like he does his old legislative office. It is a complete mess. #LD7
