AZ wasn't the only state to defeat Ranked Choice Voting, MT did too, along with CO, ID, MO, NV and OR. And Alaska came just 664 votes of repealing theirs after proponents spent $15M+ defending it. It has NO future here in AZ under my Speakership. #ByeByeRCV

The @AZHouseGOP just won its lawsuit against Secretary Fontes challenging sections of the Elections Procedures Manual. The court declared those EPM sections invalid because Fontes infringed on the Legislature’s lawmaking authority. Today’s ruling is a huge win for the rule of law
