    Today, my good friend and mentor @quincey_nigel delivered his final @FA course, after over 20 years of inspiring & educating thousands of coaches across the SW. Thanks to @GlosFA ‘s 2020/21 UEFA B cohort for making it a brilliant end to Nige’s fabulous Coach Ed career ⚽️🎓🙌

    In the 3 x matches that my son has played so far, all teams have selected and rotated fairly, resulting in close contests, and coaches have supported the young players brilliantly. Some fabulous work going on in the grassroots game....bravo to all involved ⚽️👌

    I’ve always measured success as a coach by how many young people / players continue to play and love the game into their adulthood and what kind of person they develop into. Today has been a successful day! ⚽️❤️ #proud

    As disappointing as it is, not being able to get out and support the grassroots game this month, I have been working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that our brilliant @PassNSupport1 Coach Developers hit the ground running in 2021! Some extremely exciting news to come 👀

    Having recognised a gap in coaches development, we have put together a programme of learning for those who are UEFA B qualified in the Grassroots Game. It includes guest speakers, as well as the opportunity to work with like-minded coaches from across the UK and beyond. ⚽️🎓👍
