- 400 miles on the UK’s motorways yesterday and I can confirm that members of the Middle Lane Owners’ Club are out in force. Bloody move over 🤬
- £67,000 That’s how much a local tradesman wanted to Tarmac my driveway 😳 Okay, it’s big at around 280 sq m (all six of us who live here have cars!) but £67k? I genuinely thought he had the decimal place in the wrong place. I’d rather spend that on a 911!
- Zeekr 007 drives autonomously to the charging station, robotic charging arm plugs in, within seconds it’s charging at over 350kW meaning a 10 to 80 per cent charge in 10 minutes - the Zeekr 007 has a range of over 400 miles. 🤩❤️

- Honey I shrunk the Defender… Geely’s Panda costs around £5k in China. And they’re looking to see if they could sell it in the UK. They should. It’s a proper little urban runaround 👍🏻 Who said affordable small cars were dead?
- Today I’m having a @Tesla kind of day. And for all the Audis, Mercedes and Jaguars out there, these guys are the ones you’re going to have to beat. Model 3 is an astonishingly good car.

- Something’s not right 😤 Oil prices lower than they were, 5p off fuel duty, but still this… Is somebody ripping us off?
- Coolest car of the year? The Hyundai N Vision 74. If you want it, they might build it… Inspired by the Giugiaro Hyundai Pony Coupe, which inspired the DMC DeLorean.
- Had a poke around the new Toyota Land Cruiser last week. It’s cool, but is it Defender cool? (Cue comments: it’s reliable, but is it Defender reliable?)
