Yes....we practice the National Anthem. Still have some cleaning up to do, but we have a couple more days before our first game of the year!

- I dont care what anyone says.....but this is so much better than turf. And we haven't even overseeded quite yet! Field is in great shape for this time of year despite the hot and dry miserable summer we had this year in Hobbs, America!
- This only means ONE thing.......Its getting closer to Baseball season. Last year, no snow and season was canceled. Hopefully 2021 is better to us!
- It’s Opening Day in Hobbs, America! These kids have worked hard and I’m anxious to see how they compete! Let those game day jitters begin!!

- Forever grateful for what this group has accomplished this year! Spent the last 7 weeks on the road and won the 1st game in a conference tourney in the last 17yrs. We have grown together and truly formed a FAMILY. No one else could have done what these kids have done! Thank you!
- It doesn't matter what is going on in your life at this moment. I'm always blessed to be able to put on that jersey again for the 1st time, throw, BP, hit I/O, run to the 3rd base box, and coach a group of great kids! Let those 1st game jitters begin!
- It's so sad to see Athletic fields not taken care of at the collegiate level....does the school have some responsibility??? Sure.....but does the coach have more???? YES! Maybe I'm just different, but our place looks the way it does because "I" care! Won't hurt to sweat a lil!
- I can't say enough about these guys. They believed in me as a leader and I love them all like they were my own. I will miss them on the field.......but they will always be part of my family. They have done so many things everyone else said they couldn't.
- Most people don’t have to work this hard anymore but we will do whatever it takes to keep this field looking like this on December 24th. Our guys should be excited to see this place when they get back on January 6th!
