It is with a broken heart that we say goodbye to my great friend Vicky Phlean who got her wings today. 5 years ago she was told she only had a few months to live, she defied all the odds and through her strength and courage became a national treasure honouring us all with (1/3)

I've been v quiet the last week as I've found it a v difficult week. What started with passing of the amazing Ruth last Sunday then leads to today, Irenes 3rd Anniversary since her passing. I really want to first thank everybody for all of the kind messages I've received today(1)

Overwhelmed with emotions at the shock of learning of the passing of the beautiful person and mother that was #LynseyBennett. While her pain ends today it only begins for those who loved her most, my thoughts are especially with her 2 little girls. #RIPLynsey

6 years today since we parted ways. Can't honestly say where the time has gone, in one way it feels like yesterday the emotions are so raw and in another way it feels like a lifetime ago since we heard Irene's voice. The sadness for us this year started earlier then normal when

My 7 year old just broke down tonight on a family night away cause as he said, "I only got to spend 2 years with my Mum". 5 years after her passing grief doesnt escape him...nothing to do but hold him, my heart breaks #Grief #memories #cervicalcheck

After living in my pocket for the last 6 months this brave guy ventures back out into the real world today, "nervous/sad and scared" but still he soldiers on. Good luck to everyone today, roll on tomorrow when my baby leaves the nest for Junior Infants😱 #BackToSchool

Here we are at the #edsheeran concert in Cork. Boys first ever concert, saved up all their money and bought their own tickets!!! Not a bad start for a first gig. My first gig was also here back in 1990 to see Prince😍😍

2 days into school last week my youngest develops a "new cough" Followed guidelines attached 1) Phoned GP at 10am 2) Text from HSE with app at 10.11am 3) Test 2.30pm 4) NEGATIVE result 10pm following day Well done @HSELive, @paulreiddublin, @DonnellyStephen It works

5 years ago today this hero stood beside her husband Jim outside of the High Court after standing up to the system for peoples right to the truth. Missing Vicky today and every other day....legend!
