    If nothing else, UTSA certainly has tried to bring some drama to the AAC. After FAU's Christian Adams ran through a UTSA infielder running the bases in the seventh, the Roadrunners put in a new pitcher the next frame who threw at Adams three straight times and got ejected.

    ECU legendary play-by-play announcer Jeff Charles has passed away unexpectedly in New Orleans with the basketball team. He's been ECU's announcer since 1988. Just heart-wrenching news for Pirate Nation. 'The Voice' will now be Painting it Purple in Heaven.
