I've decided to create an account on medium. It will be a place to compile a variety of my thoughts about pitching development, high performance, leadership, management, books I've read, etc.
Check it out if you're interested
This past fall, freshman Anthony Berrios was 78-80 on the bump in intersquads. Today, he hit 90 for the first time. The whole staff went nuts. It was pretty tight. Check out thread below for a quick summary of how we attacked his development
My freshman year of college I topped at 74. Since then my only goal was to throw 90+. 6 years later, I finally did it. I owe it all to @drivelinebases and the entire @DrivelineBB staff. Looking back on it, becoming a remote client was the best decision I've ever made
If there was one pitcher (current or former) you would want to see throw in our lab @DrivelineBB , who would it be?
No doubt, I want to see @DTrainMLB!
Huge s/o to remote trainee @Jacksonkvaughan for hitting a #QuarantinePR of 90 today (yes with a baseball)!! He's been working his tail off the past month and it's paying off big time! That lead leg tho 👀
THREAD: Player development should involve tracking everything. Cues used for specific movement deficiencies, whether or not the cues worked, recording all measurables (velo, feet thrown, RPE, m/s, etc), type of program used, program modifications (if any, and the why behind it),
