True story: Caterpillar parked a trailer outside a local trade show. I went in, sat down in the simulator seat, and had a great time driving a simulated bulldozer. - I spoke to a GS-15 in a Federal agency yesterday. They’ve been working from home since COVID. No change in plans. Their leadership call said “just ignore the ‘return to office’ mandate, keep doing your jobs, and this will all get overturned in the courts.” It's a bold strategy.

- Yes! FINALLY a prestigious astronomer is proposing putting an enormous telescope monolithic mirror into a SpaceX payload bay, rather than unfolding like the JWST origami project. (I’ve had fights about this for years.)
