    On this day in 1993, the @penguins Mario Lemieux- thanks to a phenomenal 160 point (69G-91A in 60 games) 1992-93 in which he batted Hodgkins' lymphoma- becomes the only player to date to receive the Hart, Lester B. Pearson, Art Ross and Bill Masterton trophies in the same season

    Still with a shot at a campaign of 60 stolen bases going into tonight's @Dodgers contest against the Padres, Shohei Ohtani has been remarkably efficient in his attempts this season. Swiping a bag in 93.2 percent of his tries thus far, he now has the top mark on this all-time list

    Backstopping the @Canucks to a 3-2 overtime win vs the Canadiens tonight, Thatcher Demko continues to play strong in goal as he has been the biggest reason for VAN now in the hunt for the 4th playoff spot in the North Division thanks to these sparkling numbers over his last 9 GP

    In their 5-2 win on Friday, the @penguins continued their long-standing dominance of the Oilers. Going back to the start of 2007-08, they still haven't lost in regulation to EDM & have done it with some key stats demonstrated here

    Putting away a pair in a 4-1 win over the Jets tonight, Brock Boeser is the 1st @Canucks player to record 8 goals through the team's first 11 games of a season since Daniel Sedin in 2010-11. The last time someone had more with VAN by that criteria? 1995-96 (Alexander Mogilny- 9)

    10 years ago today, the @NHLBlackhawks win 4-3 vs PHI to end a 49-year Stanley Cup drought as they take the 2010 SC Final in 6. Getting the winner (initially unbeknownst to most), Patrick Kane becomes the youngest player to score an overtime goal in SCF history (21 yrs, 202 days)
