    The Purple Knight nation mourns the loss of Carl Weathers. He was a student at St. Augustine from 1962 - 1965 participating in the Glee Club and football. We enjoyed witnessing his success over the last six decades as a former NFL linebacker and a movie star. He will be missed!

    Jabbar Juluke '90 has spent his career mentoring young men through the game of football. In 2012, while head coach at Edna Karr, he was regarded as one of Louisiana's top high school coaches, compiling an 82-30 record capped by a perfect 14-0 mark and a class 4A state title.
