In 1986, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band enter Marvel’s Transformers universe as, “Brick Springhorn and the Tenth Avenue Band.” When the band’s sold-out show is interrupted, the Transformers come to save the day, and provide a light show in the process.
36 years ago today (6/1/1985), Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band played at Slane Castle in Slane, Ireland. This was the largest show that Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band played at this point in time as an estimated 90,000-100,000 fans were in attendance.

This was during The Wild, The Innocent & The E Street Shuffle tour in 1974.
The Bruce Springsteen Archives and Center for American Music at Monmouth University has announced a new collaboration with the Borough of Freehold to create an exhibition space in downtown Freehold celebrating the life of Freehold’s most famous son, Bruce Springsteen.

On Tuesday, March 21st, President Biden will host an East Room ceremony at the White House to present the 2021 National Humanities Medals and the 2021 National Medals of Arts.
The Bruce Springsteen Archives is pleased to announce “Springsteen on Screen: From the Vault with Thom Zimny.”, celebrating Bruce Springsteen’s 75th birthday will be held on Saturday, September 28 at 7:30 p.m. in Pollak Theatre on the campus of Monmouth University.
