- Thank you all for the kind sentiments. As a young HS coach, I could never understand why some college coaches wouldn’t respond to my questions/inquiries. Always prided myself in getting back to everyone..from PeeWee coaches to NFL GM’s. But this might take a while! Do my best!
- I think about Chuck a lot; I still struggle with his passing. In a conversation with him when he was here, he said something that broke my heart: “Coach, you’re the only man in my life who said he loved me.” Coaches...tell your athletes how much you love them...and do it often!His smile would light-up a room, his demeanor always pleasant and caring - he would always ask, “How you doing, Coach,” not just in passing, but with sincerity in his eyes. A world-class, Olympic-level athlete; always clocked low 4.3 high 4.2/forty. Love and will miss you, Chuck.
- I have known Jason for several years, and had the opportunity to introduce him to the team today after our conditioning workout. He is first of all a great family man, an outstanding coach with a wealth of expertise, experience, and a leader of young men.💪hire by @Coach_mtucker

- Maybe we all need to stop complaining about the "kids these days." We're the ones who are supposed to be raising, teaching, mentoring them.
- Sometimes you have to get knocked down lower than you've been to stand back up taller than you ever were. And the lessons learned create an inner fire and drive that continue to strengthen your resolve through any adversity that comes your way.
- It’s been called the process, the standard, the grind, etc. Whatever the moniker, this is the bottom line:

- Congrats to @Coach_mtucker and his family on being named HFC at MSU! As a young GA with us during Nick’s tenure, Mel worked with me in the WR in the mornings, and with football in the afternoons because he loved being around the kids as much as possible. Great hire for kids/MSU!
- What a great W by the Spartans today! Defense was in beast mode all afternoon and the offense made big plays and controlled the game throughout. So happy for @Coach_mtucker and the entire Spartan team and staff. Outstanding effort by all. Spartans everywhere are so very proud!
