- Hilarious and conceivable that Cate Blanchett may have done Hot Ones and The Criterion Closet in the very same day/outfit
- 100% of my Twitter feed is David Lynch. That is exceptional.
- 10 years ago I dropped out of McGill to go to film school, and being the first of my family to go to university, my mom would joke that she never got to use her “my daughter goes to McGill” bumper sticker — I finally made it up to her and got this one printed instead 😎
- Always good to keep in mind that this is what *most* people are actually like:
- Gross vs Net pay for dummies like me: gross = ewww that’s not your real take home pay net = this is the money you scooped up in your little net
- Sean Penn putting that comb in his mouth before brushing his tuft of white hair is the most vile thing I’ve seen in quite some time. Excellent movie.
- Me lowering my Eddington rating immediately after coming out of One Battle After Another.
- The Substance, a movie that loves to say “remember the scene right before this one? we don’t believe you.”
- Might be a little corny, but reading this during prep and each night during production really was such a nice guiding light full of inspiration.
