This past weekend a male athlete stole 1st in girls’ track and field in CA. I have been working directly alongside the girls in CA for a few years facing this, so let’s chat about what is going on ⬇️ The male came in 1st in long, high, and triple jump. CIF postseason rules

Today in Anaheim, CA HS junior Lesley Ledesma planned a student led walk since there has been a MALE using the girls restroom. The girls stood up. The BOYS stood guard. Together, they sent a powerful message: the girls are not alone, they will be protected.

@Riley_Gaines_ You’re truly sick, all of this campaigning because you lost a race. Straight up sore loser. You should be uplifting the trans community and perhaps finding a way to make sports inclusive OR creating a new avenue where trans feel safe in sports. Maybe a transgender

At the CA Middle School Walkout: The only ones demanding boys in girls’ locker rooms? A few adults. The students? Dozens of middle school students chanting “Protect girls’ spaces” & with posters! The kids see the truth. Girls deserve safety. The boys had the courage to stand.

Taylor & Kaityln - 2 CA HS Cross Country runners are suing their school district ‼️ They were told wearing their “SAVE GIRLS SPORTS” shirts with a boy on their team was equivalent to wearing a SWASTIKA in front of a jewish student. Proud of these girls for standing for truth!

It’s tragic to watch female athletes like Rapinoe & Biles, who reached the top only because women’s sports used to be for women only, now cheer for their own erasure. If today’s rules applied back then, they wouldn’t be gold medalists. They’d be sidelined. Heartbreaking.
