    Here is the research that proves that YIMBYs are right. Also stop saying that the point of new housing is so it filters in 30 years. The point of it is that it creates vacancies NOW in the existing buildings that people move Out of in order to move Into the new building.

    I met a Republican that is running for public office on the peninsula today. After talking about why the free market is good and regulation is bad he complained that SB 50 was more regulation, from the state, on the cities. So, there you go.
