Mochi died during surgery. Her heart stopped. The doctors tried performing CPR but couldn't bring her back. Words cannot express my sorrow and how awful I feel. I'm in shock, I thought she would be okay. I wish I could have prevented it. I love you so much Mochi, rest in peace.
