- One of the warning signs that a country is tipping from democracy into open fascism is the open collaboration between police and right wing paramilitaries. This phenomenon could be observed in Germany, Spain, Italy, Chile, Indonesia, and elsewhere. Now it has happened here.
- A right wing militia member murdered two unarmed people last night and injured a third. He is on video being thanked by the police and given water before the shooting, and after he was allowed to cross police lines without being arrested.
- This is what right wing gun culture and paranoia leads to: racist millionaires with weapons they don't know how to use, recklessly threatening protesters for marching on a public street.
- Today we must regrettably say goodbye to one of the SRA's founding members, Jason L. Hamilton, who passed away this morning after a months-long battle with brain cancer.
