00:00 - Strike Team Deployed. Yesterday, a wildfire ignited in Butte County near Chico, the Park Fire is now at about 71,000 acres. In response, our dedicated firefighters from the Sonoma County Fire District have been deployed as part of a Strike Team to assist in firefighting efforts.

- 1-9-22 8:00 AM, Happening now, Slusser Rd. At River Rd. We’re on scene assisting these folks that drove into the flood waters. PLEASE, Turn Around. Don’t Drown. Going into the flood waters puts us all at risk. #sonomacounty #WinterStorm
- About 8:30 AM, this morning, Sunday, 2/4/24, A tree toppled over impacting two homes in #bodegabay , no injuries. We continue to get reports of hazardous conditions due to the storm, stay safe everyone. #sonomacounty #cawx
- Water Rescue tonight on Mark West Station Rd. at Starr Rd. Person successfully rescued from vehicle that was taking on water, they were unable to get out on their own. Don’t risk it, if water is flowing over the road #TurnAroundDontDrown. #sonomacounty
- A small vegetation fire, about an acre, was quickly stopped at Taylor Mountain Regional Park about 10:30 this morning. Our crews are still on scene mopping up. Stay alert and safe Sonoma County, we live in wildfire country and the summer fire season is upon us.
