This is a valid criticism, though I don’t believe standards are so zero sum. We can’t control who owns the ecosystem, but we can control our own internal culture - that’s what we chose to do. Either way, I respect your opinion.

If the product is free, you're the product. Hence the proliferation of gamba, skins and micro-transactions in free games, was more my point. PPV would enable more sustainability. Don't disagree that gambling can be harmful, and more must be done to prevent child gambling.

It is usually 50%, but it can range from 30% to 70% of their standard salary. Basic clauses include player responsibilities to attend games, prac regimen, stay healthy, wear merch, don't damage company rep, don't share sensitive data, image license rights, don't neg with rival

Honest answer? 1) Expedite inclusion of all viable orgs into the R6S scheme, reduce entry barriers. 2) For tier one/two, financial statements proving liquidity required. 3) Permit gambling and alcohol sponsors. 4) Work proactively with orgs to ensure sponsorship support.
