- SPENCER MOON SETS THE A-R-C INDOOR CONFERENCE 5K RECORD! He runs 14:07.35 to break the all-time record which was 14:12.27!

- Spencer Moon breaks mile school record that stood since 1986! Spencer runs 4:08.77 to best Jeff Brooks time of 4:11.48. School record number 7!
- After today's 1500, Spencer Moon is the ONLY guy in the country to be currently ranked in the top 20 in the 1500, 5000, and 10,000.
- Harry Dudley and Spencer Moon placed 10th and 11th today. Their outstanding races have earned them a trip to the NCAA DIII Nationals! First time Simpson has sent multiple individuals since 1986!
- Soph. Jonathan Facio was 88th a yr ago, 15th today. Never qualifed for a Iowa HS state meet. He also never stopped working and believing.
- Carter Berkey with a monster long jump in Grinnell! New school record and currently 4th in the nation with a jump of 7.22 (23'8.25"). Breaks Jerry Daniel's school record of 7.19 which was set in 1986.
- HE'S IN! Ian McKenzie has qualified for the national meet! His payoff for years of hard work and commitment.
- BOOM! Down goes school record that stood since 1984, held by Danny Bauer @ 14:28.70. NEW SCHOOL RECORD 14:26.13. Currently 7th in the country!
- Spencer Moon BREAKS the indoor 5K school record that was set in 1985 by Danny Bauer! He runs 14:22.41 in his first ever indoor 5K!
- Freshman Spencer Moon placed 30th today, becoming Simpson's first freshman to earn All-Region honors since 1995!
- Spencer Moon CRUSHES his school record in the 3,000 meter race. Old record was 8:34.45! New record is 8:18.61!
