- This was easily the lightest-attended event I’ve seen of Trump’s rallies in Michigan. His full remarks were about 1 hour, 45 minutes.

The ink even corresponds to the handwriting on these sheets. I'm having a lot of trouble understanding how this wasn't noticed by any campaign.
- Replying to @Simon_SchusterWhitmer laughed, admitted she did have a burner account and tweeted under a pseudonym, but said she is no longer on Twitter. Make of that what you will.

- Inbox: former U.S. Reps. Fred Upton and Dave Trott, both Republicans, announce they support the package of firearms safety bills currently moving through the Michigan legislature. That includes safe storage requirements, red flag laws and universal background checks.
- So on the campaign trail this year, I heard Gretchen Whitmer tell a few reporters (myself included) she follows their tweets. None of her official accounts follow me. So curiosity got the better of me and I asked her today if she has a burner account.
- Replying to @Simon_SchusterHere's an additional example provided by the bureau of elections of signatures submitted by James Craig's campaign: "None remotely resembled the signer’s (qualified voter file) signature."
- In Grand Rapids where Whitmer’s campaign and some prominent moderate conservatives are kicking off a group called Republicans for Whitmer. “We care about democracy, we care about decency and we care about individual freedom,” Whitmer says.
