    An Irish woman was beaten to a pulp and strangled in her hotel in Spain this week. 2 little kids at home. The town of Salou held a vigil for her. Haven’t heard a word of outrage of it on Irish radio. Maybe I’m wrong but have heard nothing.

    New: Meeting with UK Foreign Secretary @trussliz and Irish counterpart @simoncoveney was "blunt". Coveney tells me the message to Truss was "clear" from him, EU and US: you can't negotiate with the EU on the basis of threatening them..
