- We mourn the loss of @HCSOTexas Deputy Fernando Esqueda, who tragically passed away after being shot while protecting our community. Deputy Esqueda was a five-year Harris County Sheriff’s Office veteran and served our community in the HCSO 1/3
- Wishing Rocky a fast recovery. Brave K9! 💙K9 Rocky, part of the U.S. Marshal’s Special Operations Group, was shot multiple times in the neck during takedown of the man who killed Brazoria County Deputy Jesus Vargas. Rocky was flown to the vet in a DPS chopper & is expected to survive. His handler says he saved his life.

- Overnight, @HCSOTexas Deputy Joseph Anderson underwent successful surgery. He is in critical but stable condition and is improving. He will need prayers as he battles through this, so keep those prayers coming. 🙏🏼💙 #HouNews
