I learned this lesson long ago. Be so immersed in something in your life that you cry like this when it is over. We should all be as fortunate as this person to care enough about something like this.

- I read that Ryan Day said the key to coaching is adapting. He is so right. Just because a way is YOUR style doesn't mean it is what is best for your team. Figure out how to adapt your style to your players. This is give and take sometimes.
- Replying to @HumansNoContextInsurance. We HAVE to have it. Yet, if you use it too much, they will drop you or make you pay more. You literally pay it every month and hoping you never use it.
- Replying to @CNNChipotle net worth= $6 billion. Just didn't have the money to cover the pay raises to those people working and asking for $16 an hour. They had to raise the prices and make the customers pay for it. Or they would just be worth $5.85 billion and we can't have that.

That puts a bigger burden on the head coaches and assistants who are in the buildings. Football is now year around with weights and 7 on 7.
