My man, it’s important to pay attention. One of the conditions of the PPP loans was that they would be forgiven if used for certain designated purposes. You can make this a political issue or simply be truthful. The latter is much easier.

You may want to reconsider this post. He’s actually right. Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution! If that’s what it takes to learn and advocate for this governing document, maybe we need more folks to drop out at the community college level.

There is zero authority whatsoever to do such a thing. I’ve scoured the document, including Article I, Section 8, and can find no authority that’s been vested in Congress to do this. Do the rules and the oath still matter?
