There is absolutely no truth to this allegation. It is yet another example of disinformation. Voting in Philadelphia has been safe and secure.

We have been in regular contact with the RNC. We have been responsive to every report of irregularities at the polls to ensure Philadelphians can vote safely and securely.

This report is incorrect and not supported at all by the facts. Non-citizens are not eligible to vote in Philadelphia. A mail ballot provided by our office can only be counted after the voter verifies their ID, typically with a social security number or driverโ€™s license number.

This is not true. There was a protest and one person had to be removed because they were being disruptive. All eligible Philadelphians are welcome to visit one of our eleven offices to receive a mail ballot, regardless of identity or personal beliefs.
Philly is literally putting people in keffiyeh out of the early voting line but yโ€™all still donโ€™t think this country is already fascist lol

City commissioner stated they were removed for disruptively protesting, not for their political ideologies or personal beliefs. x.com/sethbluestein/โ€ฆ

The video in this tweet is false. I personally visited the East Passyunk Community Center polling place today. The interior shot is not of a Philadelphia polling location, as you can see in these photos I just took tonight. This is another example of dangerous misinformation.

As I've said before, the lack of a hand written date on the ballot declaration envelope is absolutely immaterial to the integrity of that ballot and the fact that voters are being placed into this position of trying to cure their ballots is a disgrace.

Democracy is a team effort. Thank you to all the poll workers, election staff, and law enforcement who helped Philadelphia's Election Day run smoothly.

This tweet is nonsense. In a prior case the PA Supreme Court deadlocked on whether counties can help voters fix mail ballot errors, automatically affirming a lower court decision that counties can do so. Philadelphia is carefully following all PA Supreme Court orders.

Hey @RepGrove, you are misinformed about Philadelphia elections. Once a ballot is received and accepted no changes are permitted for "remorseful" voters.

We have now scanned 6,601 provisional ballots out of the original estimated 20K. Weโ€™ve completed the initial review of an additional ~12K ballots. Of those, ~9K will need to be adjudicated by the Board of Elections and may not count.

This is categorically false. Philadelphia has only opened one satellite election office so far. The office is staffed and supervised by city employees and when applicants are in the office they are only receiving/returning their own individual ballot.
Philadelphia just opened 10 โ€œsatellite election offices.โ€ Gang, these are effectively 10, unsupervised ballot running/harvesting operations staffed by Democrats and funded by taxpayers a full seven months before the election. All under the auspices of โ€œeasy accessโ€ in a state

The article linked in the post directly contradicts this. One (out of an eventual 10) satellite office has opened. It is only open for the next 3 weeks until the PA primary, during business hours, and it is staffed by city employees. Voters need to show ID to receive a ballot. vote.phila.gov/news/2024/04/0โ€ฆ

Hi, @elonmusk. The post you shared is spreading disinformation. 1. There are not 5,200 people registered to vote from that address. 2. In the 2020 General fewer than 150 ballots were mailed to that address, most of which were not returned.

Hi, @LarryMendteShow. This is not a video from Philadelphia. It isnโ€™t even a video from 2024.

This morning at our public meeting, I was sworn in as City Commissioner of Philadelphia. I look forward to working with my colleagues to help oversee a successful 2022 election.
