    Had a meeting with Dr. Ibrahim Abdul Ganiyu, Provost of the Federal Cooperative College, Eleyele, Ibadan, and his team to discuss revitalising States cooperative apexes and credit unions in the South West. With the right capacity building, cooperatives can be a powerful vehicle
