    SECTION 4 🏈 CHAMPIONSHIP UPDATE Class C Final Score Waverly 28, Chenango Forks 14 This is CF’s first Section 4 Championship game loss since 1998. They had won 18 in a row that they had participated in.

    I just HAVE to post this. Batavia just beat Skaneateles at U-E in the B Semi. Final was 54-49. RB for Batavia, Ray Leach, 51 carries for 461 yards and EIGHT TDs. THAT is NOT the unbelievable part. This is. Last week in the quarterfinals, he had EIGHT TDs.

    4️⃣🏈💪🏻 Class B State Championship Final score 38 Chenango Forks 14 Schuylerville CF wins the program’s 6th State Championship & their 4th in the last seven seasons. This was CF’s 12th title game appearance, the state record and 4 ahead of Aquinas (who has 8 *titles* BTW).

    Section 4 is likely to have THREE top ranked teams this week as #1 Class B Glens Falls was knocked out of the Sect 2 playoffs Saturday. Chenango Forks likely will be elevated to #1 joining SV (C) and Tioga (D). I believe this will be the first time Section 4 has 3 at the top.

    🏈 Class C State Championship Final score 22 Susquehanna Valley 0 Gouverneur SV wins the C title for the second consecutive season and it’s their 2nd championship. This is their 26th straight win and it’s the 7th time a Section 4 team defended their state title with a win!
