I've never seen a ref crew have this kind of impact in a game with reviews, calls, etc. That was not pass interference and it should have not been placed at the 3.

Two words: Dana Holgorsen. This was a different looking offense. It had identity and rhythm. Dylan Raiola also looked liked Dylan Raiola again against a defense that only allowed 16 points a week ago vs. Oregon.
