- Replying to @Jingjing_LiAs an American working in China, I just can't really understand this mindset by some American business people and politicians that they can somehow "squeeze China". Do they not remember trying to kill Huawei only to have the company innovate its own chips? And in terms of the
- I will never again complain about the China visa process after seeing all the hurdles Western countries make Chinese tourists go through: They need to provide company license, 6 months banking history, extremely detailed itinerary, etc. They're almost treated like criminals.😥
- This is a nuanced + important detail that many talking about China either don't understand or choose to ignore. China didn't ban Western social media. They had rules in place that Western social companies felt they could not in good faith comply with. They chose to leave China.
- Was in the the #Shenzhen Link City mall earlier and spied these rentable livestreaming booths. There were also booths where you could practice piano.
- I thought we had already agreed that forcing people from a certain social/ethnic group to wear colored identification badges out of fear was a BAD thing. Apparently South Korea didn't get the memo...😳😢 This is a video of Chinese tourists arriving in South Korea...

- The idea that "China" was only invented in the last 100 or so years, and that China only understands what "territory" is because "Westerners taught them" is pure historical gaslighting and merely another attempt to sell more books by #China #ArmchairExperts.I push back on frmer BBC journo @bill_hayton claim in his new book "The Invention of China" that China didn't have concept of territory and clearly delineated border til European arrival, by pointing out that Great Wall exists! full video of our debate👉 youtu.be/01a4K0akjHs
00:00 - Very convenient that they forget how people in the USA and other Western nations were partying and going to the beach, not JUST while China was facing the virus, but while the dead were piling up in their own.
- If China really beat the Coronavirus like they claim, we should send all of their diplomats back home until they tell us how. It wasn’t masks.
- Replying to @mrbrownWhen you invite people into your home you should tell them the house rules and your guests should follow them if they want to come in. 😄
