This is still insane to me. If I was a 20-something year old Fighting Game player with time, I’d grab 1-2 of my Discord buddies and start grinding SamSho. The game is not hard, fun to play, and has a very low player count (62 people at EVO). Qualifying is VERY possible.

All of the best players in NA and Japan play this game like squirrels on crack and I've been using an oversized actuator since January just to stay on pace. We need to stop spreading this false mainstream perception of the game as some fake version of itself
