Getting some reports of some college coaches working through third parties to try and get some Mississippi State football players to enter the transfer portal. If you’re doing this, then you are a disgusting human being. If I get evidence to support this, I will make you famous.

I cannot begin to say what an honor and a privilege it was to cover Mike Leach. He was so much more than the cartoon character some painted him out to be. He was a legendary coach, but an even better man. My life has been enriched by knowing him. I will miss him terribly.

This twitter account will be unmanned in the 9th inning. I am going to watch the final outs with my son in the stands. You don't need me to know the score, but he needs me to make a memory that will last us a lifetime.

If it wasn’t for business reasons, I would probably get off most social media platforms. The vitriol of anonymity makes me sick most days. That said, the outpouring of support we’ve seen the past 36 hours is nothing short of incredible. We’ve seen the best of people. Thank you!

It’s a long season. State was swept at home by Arkansas. State lost a series to last place Mizzou. State lost two blowouts in Hoover. None of that matters now as the Bulldogs will now play for a national championship.
