- I've been told that Raiders legend and HOF cornerback Willie Brown has died. Such a great guy. Great ambassador for the organization. Tough news for the entire Raiders family.
- Antonio Brown lost the chance to earn $50 million over three years with the Raiders, sponsorship deals with Nike and Xenith and then his job with the Patriots in less than two weeks. All that since Sept. 7.
- Trent Brown on Josh Jacobs: "that mother f---er can run."
- Fuel for the conspiracy theorists out there: Per NFLPenalties.com, the Bears have been flagged 64 times for 533 yards. (2nd highest per game penalty count in the league) Bears opponents have been flagged 36 times for 254 yards (2nd lowest per game count in the league)
- Kyler Murray wins offensive rookie of the year. Josh Jacobs straight snubbed. Column saying exactly that coming real soon.
- Raiders CB Isaiah Johnson gets a game ball. Tested twice with the game on the line. Wins both times.
- Chiefs lose. Raiders are just a half game behind in the AFC West.
- Keelan Doss coming back to the Raiders, source confirms. @MikeGarafolo first. Silver and Black upped their offer with a $300,000 signing bonus plus a $495,000 base salary. Don’t forget the $22.5k he got to sign as an undrafted FA. Alameda kid made a lot of money this summer.
