Current Elected Pierce County Sheriff | US Army Veteran | Fmr. Seattle PD CPT & SWAT Team Commander | Directed clearance of CHOP/CHAZ riot zone
- Last night, a reporter from KIRO sent an email to my PIO wanting to know our social media policy. It's obvious this person wants to silence me. Here's the policy: I am the Sheriff, and I can say whatever I want.
- Tomorrow is a court hearing in Seattle to see if I am allowed to have an attorney of my own choosing to represent me. The Pierce County Prosecutor filed a restraining order against my attorney. This is unprecedented. It’s hard to imagine such lawfare.
- Should Antifa be labeled and treated as a domestic terrorist organization?
- Today I received a complaint from the Criminal Justice Training Commission (WSCJTC) regarding my social media posts that if true can invoke RCW 43.101.105 (decertify me). This is what the left does to shut people up. I won’t be silenced.
- The Pierce County Sheriff's Office WILL NOT enforce unconstitutional laws. We will defend your constitutional rights.
- As expected, the King County judge issued a preliminary injunction against my attorney. This means that if I want to sue the Pierce County Prosecutor, she will pick my attorney for me. Imagine being charged with a crime, and the Prosecutor picks your attorney, her friend.
- When I got my degree in psychology (1994), gender dysphoria was a mental health disorder; now they tell us it's normal to think you are a girl when you are a boy. It's not normal. Gender dysphoria IS a mental health disorder.
- Today at the Washington State Sheriff’s Association (WSSA) meeting we learned that Democrats want to pass a “sheriff qualification” bill because they don’t like what I post on here. Should I stop posting things they don’t like and ask for forgiveness?
- SCOTUS has already ruled that requiring a permit to exercise your Second Amendment right is unconstitutional. However, Democrats in Olympia don't care. The Pierce County Sheriff's Office WILL abide by the Constitution.
- The editorial basically says I have no right to any opinions. To be clear, I represent almost one million people in the county (more than a Congressional district), and the people who elected me want me to speak up for them, and I will not stop.
- Replying to @DashDobrofskyThat's because you don't understand self defense, the Constitution, Common Law....and especially trial by jury.
- Do you think that Charlie Kirk’s assassin should be executed by firing squad?
