GIF - I’ve sat and listened to panels on “work-life balance” where coaches discussed 14 hour days, seeing their kids/husbands once a week.... no thank you! Volleyball is my passion BUT it is not worth my LIFE or the most important relationships in it. A healthy coach=a good coachUNC Coach Roy Williams was once asked, “Is there anything you’d do differently in your career if you could do it over?” His eyes immediately welled up with tears and his bottom lip started to quiver. “If I could do it again I would do a much better job prioritizing my family.”
