    Just like Ferdinand Marcos' fake WW2 records, his having the highest grade in the Bar exam is also fake. The myth is he scored 98.01% in the 1939 Bar. However, from Supreme Court's records he only got 92.35% w/c is lower than Jose Diokno's 95.3% & Flonrenz Regalado's 96.7% ctto
