Salesian College is an independent Catholic school for boys aged 11 to 18 with a co-educational Sixth Form. Young people of other faiths warmly welcome.
- Today we lost a dear priest and friend, Fr Brendan McGuinness SDB, who passed away peacefully at the fine age of 94. He began his time at Salesian College in 1968 and, until very recently, continued to provide a much loved presence. He will be sorely missed by so many people.
- Yesterday, we received the sad news that our much cherished former Director of Music, Dr Anthony Noble, passed away suddenly. Dr Noble played a huge part in the life of the College from 1984 until his retirement in 2019, and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
- The College celebrated their best ever A Level results today, with a 100% pass rate and 76% of grades awarded in the A*-B range. Well done to all of the students!
- The College celebrated outstanding GCSE Results today with 84% of students achieving grades 9-7 or A*-A. 96% of the boys in Year 11 achieved at least eight 9-4 or A*-C grades each! Well done to all of the students.
- Welcome back to all our students and staff. The College feels like it has been brought back to life again.
- The College once again celebrated excellent A level results with a 100% pass rate for the seventh consecutive year and 89% of grades awarded in the A*-C range.
- Salesian College Farnborough is delighted to announce that the College continues to be graded ‘Excellent’ by the Independent Schools Inspectorate (equivalent to Ofsted ‘Outstanding’).
00:00 - Salesian College students have been helping with the NHS Drive-Thru Flu Jab campaign. Over the last two weekends, our Sixth Form volunteers have been assisting local healthcare providers to enable hundreds of residents to have a flu vaccination ahead of this winter.
